Dr. Cecilia Rolence China is a Leather Technologist and Lecturer at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) in Tanzania. She is the Founder and CEO of AfriTech Organic Leather Co. Ltd., leading innovations in eco-friendly leather processing and circular economy solutions. With over nine years of research and industrial experience, she has developed award-winning technologies that transform agricultural waste into sustainable tanning agents and premium organic leather products.
